Today’s the day! The Power of Us Hub has made the big move to the Trailblazer Community. What does this mean for #Salesforce #nonprofit folks?
- Group and topic data (since 2013) are now found at the Trailblazer Community. If you were using the same login for PoU and TC, this should be seamless. If this is new, you may have a few screens to complete. (Your user profile data should have been migrated; if not, head the Customer Portal for more help.)
- When you end up on the Community page, you’ll see Nonprofit Cloud as a link option on the right hand side of the screen. A good first step is to head to the Salesforce.org Customer Portal and then join other groups specific to your subject area (e.g. Nonprofit Readiness Readiness) or interest (e.g. #Flow for Nonprofit Admins).
- Ideas have already been mirgated to the IdeaExchange.
- Product documentation and best practice articles (i.e. knowledge articles) aren’t moving today, but they will be eventually. In the meantime, PoU is still accessible in read-only mode so you can still access them.
Changes like this can be both exciting and scary. Personally I think it’s great, but I also know that there’s always going to be a few bumps along the way. So kudos to the team for making the leap and if you are experieincing problems just reach out and be patient. Let’s do this!
